Watched MAMA #horror movies must be watched in the cinema =D after lunch at Pasta Zanmai. The foods were not bad but a little too salty. All food pictures taken with the old camera. Still love that more than the new one :( Shopped for cny clothes at Forever 21. Finally, i bought something that i really like. Grrr. Tiring but happy day~ :D Thanks bf for the time spent together.

Always wanted to try Pasta Zanmai cause cousin said it's nice :)

Rice and pasta o.O

Chicken terriyaki with rice and egg and pasta in clams and mushroom soup. I have no idea what that's called actually. I just made the name up -.-

The egg yolk is so tempting~ And he let me had it. Heehee. Half an egg yolk for each of us. Lol.

#non-stop complaining but eating non-stop. Pffftt.

Chicken and mushroom in cream sauce pasta and soft shell crab rolls. Yum yum except the chicken which tasted like siew yuk cause the skin is so crunchy :/

Lots of veggies. Nice~

Directed by: Andrés Muschietti
Written by: Neil Cross, Andrés Muschietti

Movie info: Guillermo del Toro presents Mama, a supernatural thriller that tells the haunting tale of two little girls who disappeared into the woods the day that their mother was murdered. When they are rescued years later and begin a new life, they find that someone or something still wants to come tuck them in at night. The day their father killed their mother, sisters Victoria and Lilly vanished near their suburban neighborhood. For five long years, their Uncle Lucas (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and his girlfriend, Annabel (Jessica Chastain), have been madly searching for them. But when, incredibly, the kids are found alive in a decrepit cabin, the couple wonders if the girls are the only guests they have welcomed into their home.

My rating: 3.5/5
Comment: It's interesting. Something different from other horror that i've watched. Though it's creepy but it's still bearable for me. It didn't freak me out. Maybe for me, ghosts which creep from the back is scarier than those which charge right into your face. Lols. However, the didn't leave a strong  impression on me. I just forgot about it after i left the cinema. #what is this man hahaha. And, too much "gotcha" moments to establish a creepy tableau. It worked in the beginning but unable to sustain those strengths all the way to the finish line. But it never fail to scare the hell outta the guy/girl(?) sitting next to us. He shouted every single time that happened and the rest of us in the same row will be laughing -.- Pity Kok Wai who sat right next to him. The man freaked him out more than the movie itself. Haha. To what extent? He actually used a picture of the car park at Times Square to search for his car in Gardens car park. #dying brain cells CONFIRMED!

Cny hauls from Forever 21 cause i DO NOT want to turn into 22!
#fall in love with sweaters lately.

Another shopping spree~

Fish paste cheese baked pasta. Yummy!

Holiday greeting with good foods!
Outing again with BFF this time. Jasmine tagged along :)
Went on a shopping malls marathon again. #exhausted
Lunch at Vivo for us and high tea for Jasmine? Lol. It was great. Lots of catching up to do :)
Fell in love with a sleeveless button-up collared chiffon blouse at H&M. It's light blue! Resisting the urge to buy it because Sim said it's too expensive for a blouse like that. Jasmine agreed it's overpriced too. But..i like it..:(

Chicken and mushroom cheese baked rice.

Jasmine's chocolate brownies topped with Vanilla ice-cream.

Green tea.

Cny deco @ Sungai Wang.

Pavillion's.

Hello Holidays!

Outing with dear roommate after finals :)
We shopped from Times Square to Sungei Wang to Lot 10 to Pavillion in less than seven hours time. Gosh, so tired~ But we didn't get to buy clothes for cny. Wth? Lol. We are too picky or what? Were rushing too. Anyway, enjoyed the foods more than the clothes. Haha. And enjoyed her company very much :) Second outing in a year and a half time since we became roommate, can you believe it? Haha. Yeah, we are nerds who would rather stay in our room to rest or study during our free time. But i always think that we should go out more often if can. Make that a resolution for 2013! :D

Lunch at Dubu Dubu. Dined with four Korean athletes *well, we were in the same restaurant lol* I saw so many Koreans yesterday! Wondered why they were here. Was it for Malaysia Open? Are they all athletes? Where is Lee Yong Dae? I want to go Malaysia Open so much! >.<

Fetched sis at the airport last night. Finally, she is back! Welcome home! :D Supper and chatted till almost 3am *dizzy*

My spicy seafood udon set. Yummy~~

Roommate's chicken Bulgogi.

So full :D

Best roommate ever :)

Chilled at Snowflake before we left. Shared a bowl of Ocha'ryo :)

Green tea is love.

Time to catch up with BFFs!
I wanna hang out. I wanna shop till i drop. Hahaha :D

Jingle bells are still ringing~

A very late Christmas post from me! Well, it's better than none right.
Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to all! Lol.
How did i spend my Christmas eve? Studying at home.
How did i spend my Christmas night? Studying at home. #whatalifeman!
Has been studying and daydreaming till the moment dad suggested to have dinner at Madam Kwan's @ Midvalley.
He asked why young people no go out on a Christmas eve night? Why stay at home on Christmas?! You tell me why we always need to sit for exams during the festive season!

Anyway, took his advice to go relax and have fun.
I was having post-Christmas celebration a day after.
Christmas FOOD exchange session!
Well, he loves food. I love food more. Everybody is happy. Yay! Lol.
Baked some cookies based on the recipe i found in a blog. Super nice blog =D The steps were pretty easy. The blogger rated it two stars. Lololol.

40g peanut butter

  2. Add the butter to the sugar.
  3. Add the oil.
  4. Add the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the egg and whisk well!
  6. Add in the flour.
  7. Add in the salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.
  8. Mix well. It should be a dry mix.
  9. Add in the chocolate buttons and stir well.
  10. Add the peanut butter.
  11. Stir the cookie batter gently.
  12. Scoop them on a piece of greaseproof paper and leave sufficient gap between each cookie to allow it to expand. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or till' cookies are cooked.
  13. Allow to cool before removing from greaseproof paper to prevent breakage.

And look at what he made for me :) Found the recipe from a blog too.

Peanut butter "Magnum"! =D

It may look kinda very ugly. Dinosaur level ugliness. Haha. It actually tasted not so bad. Buttttt, if you witnessed the making process, i think you will think three times before eating it. It's super duper fattening. Full cream milk plus double full cream whipping cream or whatsoever -.- That excludes the coating still. Gosh, i am imagining fats.

The ice-cream maker =D

Ended the day with The Hobbit and dinner at Subway :)

Photo for the day :)

Homesick.

It felt like hell.
At that moment, i really thought i was going to die.

The combination of stomach ache and menstrual cramps which give you a intestine-twisted-kind-of-agony. It intensified and subsided and this persisted for almost an hour. As if i was experiencing the pre-labour contractions.
The feeling of nausea and the dizziness that blurred your vision. Nearly fainted.
Worst of all, these happened when i was away from home. When i was in desperate need for the comfort of my own bed.
What the hell is going on?!

I hate it when i am so weak.
I hate it when i do not know the causes for my weaknesses.
Hate it more when i am helpless and not knowing what else that can be done.
I just wanna go home..

Flu + sorethroat, this thing is accompanying me study :'(
