10000 steps

Jasmine and I walked all the way to ABC just to try their sizzling brownie.

We walked for more than an hour and got lost a couple of times, oh brownie you better be nice!

We reached at 10:55am but it was closed. We were so stunned as we thought it was closed on that day. Just then we saw two Westerner entered the cafe. It opens at 11am.

I was so disappointed with this overrated dessert! It was nothing out of the ordinary and it tasted burnt. I burnt my tongue and hand while eating it. The brownie I made at my sis's friend's place long time ago was way better. Guess i'm not gonna pay another visit there.

The day that i walked ten thousands steps and bleed ten litres. Haha.

So rushed cause his mum was coming to fetch me too.

That lemon poppyseed cake attracted me though.

Went Tous les Jours purposely to buy cousin macaroons that she'd been craving for since the past weeks. She said they were not nice.

Cream cheese danish so yummehh. Sweet garlic stick too sweet for kw but his mum loves it. Guess it's HIS problem then. Haha. Cause many people go TLJ for their garlic sticks.

Why do i like elephant and giraffe? 

The best explanation would be they were my childhood friends. Dad loved to bring us to the zoo when we were little (before kindergarten). The animals we saw the most were elephants and giraffe. I remembered feeding the giraffe with bread we bought. The elephants, we were not daring enough to go as near. Their looked so sturdy and strong. With my height at that time, i felt so small in comparison. I remembered us riding on an elephant though. Or was that in my dream? Seriously i couldn't be sure. Did i imagine it or did it really happen? 

Back to the wall. We just found out such walls existed on that very day. We had been to Mines for so many times already. I was thrilled. Those walls. 

Bought this Carls Jr's deal on Groupon. BBQ chicken and Teriyaki chicken. Wanted to try for a long time ago but this was the first. I like KFC Zinger burger more than this. I like Zinger more than McD's burgers. I like Zinger the most.

Raisin scones from Bread Story so moist. Love it! I have always loved scones since i first knew about their existence through Masterchef Australia. This is so far the best scone.

Look! So moist~ Most scones i tried before this one were dry and doughy. 

This will be the highlight of my post thus the title, Scone.

We watched Oculus on that day. I was so excited about the movie. Saw the poster and instantly told bf that i wanted to watch it and we went the next day. It disappoints me to no end. Haha exaggerating. But that's my sincere thought. It was not scary at all that i feel like dying. Hahaha. Gosh, nothing about the movie is gonna stay in mind for long. Whyyy, i thought it's gonna a really scary scary movie..

I'm blogging in a backwards manner. From the most recent back to the earlier times. 

Oh Matcha!

Oh myyy~ those cubes of matcha chocolate ganache, i superb love them!

Started this post with a foodie picture but i intend to talk about a person whom i knew since forever. I think we have this telepathy thingy going on between us since birth. Lol. Classmates/schoolmates since we were in primary school up to sixth form. Born in the same clinic, went to the same NS camp, home tuition together. All my family members also knew her so well. We always have the same thoughts and recently it's even more obvious. Three incidents which led me to think that way were, firstly, we were in the same mall without making arrangement beforehand and i had thought about her for the moment, we wanted to go the same cafe at the same day and lastly we were at the same cafe at the same time and she had thought about asking me to join too but didn't cause it was a last minute plan. 

The cafe i was talking about was Nana's Green Tea Cafe located at The Gardens Mall, Midvalley City. Did i mention that i came to know about this cafe from the newspaper and when i online i saw her fb message showing me link about this cafe. 

I totally love the green tea parfrait and latte they serve here. So good you have to try yourself to find out. 

I love every elements inside that glass. It's so thick, rich and creamy. It makes me feel happy. I wonder what's the calorie content. I hope i never find out. 

Matcha "Nama chocolat" parfrait RM19.80.

An artisan dessert starting with a layer of Kanten jelly and matcha syrup then topped with soft serve vanilla ice-cream, generous layer of cornflakes and garnished with a matcha ice-cream, matcha chocolate ganache, red bean paste, whipped cream and a drizzle of matcha syrup.

Photoboomed by the guy at the back. Saw them at Forever21 and then i saw his face in this picture when i got home. That guy has super slim legs. The girlfriend is very tall and slender herself already but still lost to him! 

Locomoco hamburg lunch set RM19.90. 

Beef or chicken patty served with warm millet rice with homemade tomato locomoco sauce garnished with red leaf lettuce, capsicum, broccoli and Japanese style poached egg.

Lunch set comes with a drink of your choice. This match latte is so so good too. Very rich and thick.

Kok Wai promised to get me a new bottle because someone broke the lid of my "Born to show off" bottle. I just used it for a couple of times onlyyy. He's searching for a bottle that represents himself ^_^"

Books i bought with RM150 of my vouchers. I still want to buy a lot ahhhh. RM250 is definitely not enough. And so sad i couldn't find a novel i saw at Sunway's Popular the other day here at Jusco Cheras Selatan. I want my book :(

Went to two malls and bought stuffs i was not intended to buy and missed out those i wanted to. Had Subway for dinner. Had a long sentimental chat with him till 3 in the morning. Slept for less than three hours but yet i couldn't nap now. I am cutting short everything cause i couldn't translate my thoughts into words at the moment. They are all jumbled up.

This second part will be the food i had with dad after meeting his customer. Donutes had became our dating place. Lolol. He asked me to go with him because he's craving for Donutes signature coffee and i am always with him when he wants coffee from Donutes.

I realised that i've missed out a lot of posts about the foods i had in the previous weeks. Gonna blog about them when i have the time! Till then.

Lime chocolate cake. 

The tanginess of the lime is so compatible with the chocolate ganache, it makes you feel like you're eating dark chocolate. Dad kept commenting about how rich it was everytime he took a bite.

Crunchy butter twist and big wheel. 

When you cut across the big wheel, you see soft fluffy bread with raisins.

The nicest person i met.

Woah! Long time no see my dear.

So much is occupying my time and taking up my energy, I do not have any left to blog. 

Besides, to be frank, I've lost the passion in blogging.

But I shall remember today so i'll blog just blog about today. Everything else can wait.

Sweet escape with my ex-roommate, also, the nicest person i met during my entire university life. Though i still have more than a year to go, i doubt i'll meet a better one. We seldom meet now since we're not from the same course. I don't even get to meet my coursemates nowadays since we are divided into groups to do our thesis/community service/cafeteria project. My groupmates and housemates are the faces i see almost everyday.

We used to go outing once a year, after finals, but we missed out last year's because my paper ended too late and she's to go home first. That means we've only been going out together once when first year ended. What?! This is our second then to compensate the one we missed last year. Third year..i'll be finishing even later because of thesis. Guess we can't make it too :(

Anyway, being with her felt so good. I feel so comfortable around her. We have so much to talk about although we rarely meet. Gossips mostly haha. And whatever that's going on in our lives. I can always be myself in her company. Be truthful, voicing out whatever that's in my mind and heart. She'll be the last to judge. She is also the most easy-going person i've met so far. Helpful. A  wonderful friend. Guess what, she's also my shopping partner. We always have so much fun shopping together :D We just did today. I sincerely hope that our friendship will last a lifetime. I love her too much. Our faces look so big in the picture above cause we are both so bad at taking selfie. We took so long and ended with a bad one still haha.

Cream cheese danish and plain au chocolate. Both tasted so good. I tried cream cheese and recommended her to try it today. Plain au chocolate got nice feedback from Jasmine. It is indeed good. The chocolate is so rich.

Blueberry yogurt cake that i've been wanting to try long ago. So creamy so good but not good to my waistline. Haha. I love the macaroon on top too. Yum.

She wanted to take pictures with Cony and Brown because they have fur. Hahaha. Big kid.

I'm not sure she's trying to imitate Moon or it's because her eyes were tired. Lol. She said she didn't sleep enough last night.

So, because she's the nicest person possible in my university life, i am treating her one of the foods i love the most. Match ice-cream for me and honeydew for her. These ice-creams are from Kindori by the way. The matcha tasted milky at first, then match taste slowly surfaced. What i like about it is the cone though. So crunchy and fresh. Yes, fresh is what i felt about it.
