Surya Namaskara known in English as Sun Salutation (lit. "salute to the sun"), is a common sequence of Hatha yoga asanas. Its origins lie in a worship of Surya, the Hindu solar deity. This sequence of movements and poses can be practised on varying levels of awareness, ranging from that of physical exercise in various styles, to a complete sadhana which incorporates asana, pranayama, mantra and chakra meditation.
Some proponents of the use of Surya namaskara as part of the modern yoga tradition prefer to perform it at sunrise, which the orthodox consider to be the most 'spiritually favorable' time of the day.
Saw the picture above? We did that for 108 times, non-stop! of course i rested lar, or else i won't be here dy. Damn tiring lor! I wondered how the others managed to do it. They finished the whole thing with ease(?) They looked fine! Argh, i thought my arms are strong. They left without saying bye~ How sad. What's with me now are, a pair of jellyfish-like Parkinson arms =.=" And of course, sleepless night + sore arm resulting from cutting cabbage for an hour non-stop + hungry stomach = terrible combination. Not good, nono.
I cut a lot!
Playing with them is fun but not taking care of them =.="
Aiya, I didn't take pictures of the food!
