Always love breakfast with family on a Sunday morning!
Cause i get to eat nice foods. Hehe.
Usual spot for dimsum breakfast, SK Hee Lai Ton.
Wanted to go two weeks ago but it was super crowded.
It was quite full today too. I think they open earlier nowadays.
Since i couldn't remember when was the last time we had this for breakfast already, i am posting up all pictures of the dimsum we had x)
Today i just don't feel like doing anything~
Dimsum that we'll never miss out, siew mai.
Mum's favouritest, yi mai.
Pretty little things, scallop dimsum.
Dad's must have, char siew bao.
Mum's must have.
I don't really eat porridge but i love their porridge! Maybe i can just go and have porridge there next time since the price kinda reasonable with so many ingredients inside.
Love the soft-on-the-outside-crunchy-in-the-inside of the fried yao char guai after being soaked in porridge =D
New dish that we tried out today. Fried loh bak gou with waxed meats. Can't find the waxed meats but this is nice. Similar to fried koay tew. I was actually craving for fried koay tew at that time.
I know you're looking for this~ Haha~
Somehow looked distorted today. They looked as though they're smiling at least.
I posted too many pictures of this already so i was just thinking to make it more interesting. Haha.
Yeah, it was made from duck egg. High cholesterol but damn nice =p
Dad said this is the most successful lao sha bao eating experience he had. Nothing dripped on his plate or fingers~ Mum said how come the filling so little today? The reason behind his success. Hahaha.
I was taking the picture of dad and mum asked for a picture of her eating fried loh bak gou.
Lunch at this newly opened noodle restaurant at Pearl Avenue.
Aunty and cousin exaggerated the deliciousness of this char siew lorrr :/
The soup was okay though.
And,
for the next lab, i am gonna cook fish porridge with egg.
