PDT lab #3

Weekly update of my cooking experience. Haha~
Third PDT lab. And we were cooking lunch for Mr. John, an overweight Caucasian businessman.



Menu

Grilled dory fish fillets
Baked potatoes
Lettuce and cherry tomatoes salad with olive oil and lemon dressing
Fresh orange juice


The comments we got were:
  1. The grilled fish looked weird.
  2. The baked potatoes didn't work. They looked more like grilled potatoes rather than baked ones.
  3. The orange juice was too diluted.


And overdone the decoration!

Up next, modified diet for cancer patient.
Mine is nasopharyngeal cancer patient with dysphagia who can only tolerate soft diet.
WITH A LOT OF OTHER COMPLICATIONS!
Real case. I am horrified by the length of the question that we got. A page full. Grrrr.
