AM lab

Food Analysis lab for determination of moisture content in meat samples and total ash content in milk samples on Thursday. Was busy doing the report that's why i am only blogging about it now. In fact, i have yet to complete the report yet. We need to gather results from all the ten groups for both experiments which i find to be pretty troublesome! -.- Dr. H changed the procedures for both experiments and left us devastated~ There were five types of meat sample and two of milk sample which means we need to record four replicates for each meat sample and ten for each milk sample OMG! How long will our report be again! Antro lab report is waiting for me somemore! That is the craziest lab report ever so far. I know there are more to come~ T.T

We are using food products that are found in the market =)


Pre-heated on an electrical heating mantle before the muffle furnace.


My group was doing Ramly minced chicken. Smelt of MSG~


Who does a lab report as thick as this? With binding somemore. Crazy.
