Counting down

I woke up with a sore throat and headache. It's Friday and we've got lots of cleaning up to do! The bf offered a hand to help me with it so i treated him dinner lol. So nice of him right. I won't reject you to if you ask me next time if you don't mind my pace haha. And so we went to clean the house before i move in officially on Sunday. Since the others will not be there till it's five and i don't have the keys, we had our lunch at McD first. GCB! Criss cut fries is temporarily out of stock. Wth? I wantttttt~ Lame McD Kajang, you disappoint me!
The pristine condition of the house was a indescribable mess. I don't even know if it's right to use pristine for the untouched condition of the house. The word "pristine" sounded so pure -.- Ginny and her parents, Hui Wen and Kher Hui were there before us. They saw hope when they saw us my dustpan. Haha. Kok Wai and i worked in the kitchen since others were cleaning the bedroom. The cabinets below the sink, it's freaking filthy! Full of containers, tins, cutleries, glassware, and i am sure there are pests in it. We were starting to clear when Ginny's dad came in and asked us to leave it alone. Goodness, three years with those? I cannot imagine. Well, actually i just cleaned a few cabinets only. The rest was all by him cause he said i am not used to doing house chores and i was slow like a snail i know. But i cleaned them thoroughly okay? -.- So, as long as it's clean, i think slow is inevitable too. Now i know you're are capable of so much household stuffs. You will make a good wife i believe *nodding head in approval lol*
There was a cute question from him after he finished washing the kitchen floor.
"Have you step on the kitchen floor with your barefoot?", he asked.
"No. Why?", i said.
"Cause it's so smooth!", he added with pride.
And so i said, "Okay, i am gonna get myself a pair of slippers so that i can wear them indoors." Ha~ =p
Evil him tried to scare me with a cockroach too but i remained calm. Too bad la, i am not afraid of cockroaches. I won't jump from the floor and into your embrace -.- Even if it's a spider, i still won't do that. Sorry to burst your bubbles! =p Hey, i mentioned you and the kitchen that you've cleaned. Lolol. Still not done with the cleaning yet. So much more to be done. So much leftover trash to get rid of. Those are not even ours and we've no idea how to shift them to the dump place. What la. And the lighting, water filter, door knobs and clogging problems, so much repair works need to be done ASAP. Ahhh, i feel so insecure in there.
Our house is on the 21st floor. Besides speed, i fear height and i fear riding in an elevator too. That makes me claustrophobic and acrophobic apart from tachophobic. Hey, there're a lot of phobias to deal with! It was already nine something we're done. Dinner at a food court at Serdang on our way back cause i want something hot and soupy for my upset stomach. The tom yam looks so good. I know i shouldn't have tom yam but hey, it's tom yam. Irresistible. Hehe. Surprisingly it was so good too. Bf agreed with me. Definitely going back for more.
At the end of the day, he got himself a new name, 小陈. Given by Ginny Tan's dad. Sama-sama Tan. Little orange? Haha.
This is not fair. We want our criss cut fries too!
GRILLED whole chicken thigh layered with GLORIOUS char-grilled sauce and topped with GORGEOUS crunchy lettuce = the GREAT-TASTING GCB!
Why so happy? Lol.
The night view from my bedroom window =D
You can't resist tom yam looking like this, righttttt?
*droooooollll*
Look, the orangy flame~~
Satisfied with my tom yam (Y)
Promote porridge or photo? Haha.
See, this is what internal organs gonna do to your body too. It darkens your insideeeeee.
Mum attempted to fry tom yam bihun for the first time today. It's superrrrr saltyyyyyy >.< It looks kinda fair here where it supposed to be more reddish in real.
This is the paste that she used. From Thailand. Remember not to add salt if you use this. It's salty enough just by itself.
Thank you for your time and efforts!
